🎓 Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.08.2025)

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 21 years

  • Maximum: 30 years
    (With relaxations: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10–15 yrs, Ex-servicemen, and LIC employees as per rules.)

Educational Qualification

  • AAO (Generalist): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

  • AAO (Specialist):

    • CA: Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAI

    • Actuarial: Passed 7 papers of Institute of Actuaries of India

    • IT: Engineering/CS/IT/MCA degree

    • Law: LL.B with 3 years’ practice or experience

    • Rajbhasha: Post Graduate in Hindi/English with translation knowledge

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month

  • Pay Scale: ₹88,635 – ₹1,69,025

  • Gross Salary (Approx): ₹1.26 lakh per month in metro cities

📑 Selection Process

Both Generalist & Specialist recruitment will have a 3-phase selection:

  1. Preliminary Exam (Objective – Online)
