- Go to Bank Website and open New User Registration page.
- Fill in required details:

| Account Number | Your Bank Account Number (from Passbook/Statement) |
| CIF Number | Customer Information File No. (from Passbook) |
| Registered Mobile Number | Mobile linked with Bank Account |
| Date of Birth | DD/MM/YYYY format |
| Captcha | Text shown in Image |
✅ Accept Terms & Conditions → Click Submit
Step 2: OTP Verification
- An OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number.
- Enter OTP in the field and click Submit.
- If OTP not received → use Resend OTP option.
Step 3: Profile Password & Security Setup
- Create a Profile Password (different from Login Password).
- Re-enter the same in Confirm Password.
- Choose 3 Security Questions and enter answers.
- If error: "Profile Password should not be same as Login Password" → change password.
Step 4: Registration Success
🎉 Registration completed successfully. You can now Login using your User ID + Login Password on Retail Login page.
Important Notes
- Keep your Mobile Number updated with Bank.
- Do not share Password, OTP or Security Answers with anyone.
- If any issue occurs, visit nearest branch or call Customer Care.
