Step 1: Registration Form ભરવું

  1. સૌપ્રથમ બેંકની વેબસાઈટ ખોલો અને New User Registration પસંદ કરો.
  2. આ ફોર્મમાં નીચેની વિગતો નાખવી પડશે:
Field Nameશું દાખલ કરવું
Account Numberતમારું બેંક ખાતાનું નંબર (પાસબુક / સ્ટેટમેન્ટમાંથી)
CIF Numberકસ્ટમર CIF નંબર (પાસબુકમાંથી)
Registered Mobile No.બેંકમાં નોંધાયેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર
Date of Birthતમારી જન્મ તારીખ (DD/MM/YYYY)
Captchaઈમેજમાં દેખાતો કોડ

✅ Terms & Conditions પર ટિક કરો → પછી Submit બટન ક્લિક કરો.

Step 2: OTP Verification

  • તમારા Mobile Number પર OTP આવશે.
  • આ OTP બોક્સમાં નાખી Submit ક્લિક કરો.
  • જો OTP ન મળે → Resend OTP ક્લિક કરો.

Step 3: Profile Password & Security Questions

  • એક નવો Profile Password બનાવો (Login Password થી જુદો હોવો જોઈએ).
  • એજ પાસવર્ડ ફરીથી Confirm Passwordમાં નાખો.
  • 3 Security Questions પસંદ કરી તેના જવાબ નાખો.
  • જો Error આવે: "Profile Password should not be same as Login Password" → તો પાસવર્ડ અલગ બનાવવો.

Step 4: Registration Success

🎉 Registration સફળ થઈ જશે. હવે તમે તમારી User ID + Login Password વડે Internet Banking Login કરી શકશો.

મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ

  • તમારો Mobile Number બેંકમાં અપડેટ હોવો જરૂરી છે.
  • Password, OTP અથવા Security Answers ક્યારેય કોઈને ન આપો.
  • પ્રોબ્લેમ થાય તો નજીકની શાખા અથવા Customer Care સંપર્ક કરો.
